She was walking on the trail, and then... Her eyes bolt wide and she leaps to her feet - or tries to; her legs give way and she collapses against the rock face. The young woman looks up. The trail had to be eighty, ninety feet high-

When grad student Addison King fell off a cliff six years ago, she was saved from certain death by a Spirit of Hope. Calling itself ‘Aura’, the resplendent being bestowed upon King a five piece set of jewelry called the Regalia. Through it, King learned to channel a ration of Aura’s power. Fusing her own compassion, insight, and sheer Texan stubbornness with the radiant, protective magics of her benefactor, King would take her first steps away from a normal life and towards a future as an argent-and-gold-clad champion for love, hope, optimism, and humanity. Though her road has been long and rocky since her fateful encounter, King has put her best foot forward and strives to live up to the ideal set before her - one that she fights for as the hero Crowning Glory.
