Take This Job And Shove It
"Did you hear what happened in the parking garage?"
"No?"
"The boss' new Mercedes got trashed!"
"What? How'd he manage that?"
"Wasn't him. Word is it was his secretary."
"Her? She's a mouse! Wouldn't say 'ouch' if he put a knife in her back!"
"Not anymore. Bob in security showed me the tape. I think she's been working out."
"What'd she do? Key it? Brick through the window?"
"More like 'picked it up and wrapped it around a concrete column'."
"Oh."
"Yeah, 'oh'. Mr Nem'hain's furious."
"So what happens next?"
"I don't know about you, but I'm giving my secretary the rest of the week off, and her Christmas bonus is getting a lot bigger this year."
Some people spend most of their lives trying to avoid "rocking the boat". They're quiet, meek, unassuming, and have an almost superhuman ability to take abuse from their bosses with a slight nod and a murmured "Yes Sir".
Belle used to be that way. Right up until a moment of extreme stress at work triggered a latent metagene. The sudden rush of physical power and the dramatic changes to her body brought years of repressed feelings to the surface, even as her inhibitions fell away. Now, Belle is an outspoken exhibitionist who loves displaying her body and its power, whether bystanders want to see it or not. She's hesitant to hurt people that might be considered "innocent", but she does not show the same consideration for property. Indeed, if a particularly attractive or rare automobile has caught her eye, she'll go to extraordinary lengths to ensure its total destruction at her hands. Preferably in front of an audience of some kind. Buildings and architecture aren't spared either. Several historical businesses and homes in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles have been "aggressively remodeled" thanks to her and her bulldozer physique.
A New Home
Arrested soon after her "resignation", Belle spent several in-and-out stays at The Zig for multiple charges of Grand Vandalism, Criminal Mischief, and hundreds of misdemeanors. Her last stay at the facility was interrupted by a massive breakout facilitated by Arachnos forces for unknown reasons. Swept up in the rush, she put several Longbow troops into the hospital, hitched a ride on one of the last transports to depart, and made her way to the Rogue Isles.
Despite her raw power, Belle quickly found out that much bigger fish swam in these waters, and she was having trouble scraping by with an apartment little better than her prison cell. While there was some progress climbing the incredibly cutthroat social ladder, it was slow progress, and more than a few times she woke up facedown in the mud if she was lucky, and in a hospital mediport tube if she wasn't.

Meeting Isabella
While hitting the Atlas Park bank to rob it blind, tear it apart, and get her hands on her former boss' safety deposit box, Belle discovered 'her' bank being resoundingly demolished bare-handed by a slight but powerful woman with a mean attitude and a meaner punch. Pissed off at this turn of events, the two argued over whose bank it was and spent some time trying to out do each other before Belle randomly made a derogatory comment about Mr. Nem'hain, thus catching the newcomer's interest. They simultaneously punched out the responding superhero (Polar Freeze) and, after the girl introduced herself as Isabella Nem'hain, the two rapidly hit it off. Bella invited her out for some light destruction before dinner, the pair flirting while tearing down one of Mr. Nem'hain's restaurants, stone by stone, then beating down a patrol of Longbow before fleeing through the sewers when Isabella's brother Michael showed up. Back in the Isles, Bella took them out for dinner and some violence, before the two of them ended up back at her place. The two became inseparable, leaving a path of destruction wherever they went described as "catastrophic" at the best of times.
After a few trips into Paragon City to loot whichever local bank caught their eye, or destroy some property or another owned by Isabella's father, the two realized that they could do some potential good by doing what they did best: destruction, mayhem, and chaos in a plausibly deniable form for their clients.
Following an incident at a mud-bogging event, Belle, Bella and Dora liberated Jaybyrd from her life as a mechanic in King's Row, bringing her back to the Isles with them and welcoming her as part of the B&B family.
Getting Even Inc.
Registered in Port Oakes as Bells Demoralisation and Demolishment (Or B&B for Bella and Belle). The group's message seems to be a theme of "Don't get mad, get even", as cheating or abusive partners, deadbeat parents, bullying bosses, and so very many more have found out to their dismay.
This is a business specializing in professional vengeance, taking the form of destroying the things near and dear to an individual as recompense for wrongs they have committed against a client, without ever causing physical harm to any person. That said, however much the members of the group enjoy the work (and they really do), the business is, more or less a way of funding the various projects and interests of the individuals who make up the B&B family, especially Bella's continued campaign against her father.
Most of the members of B&B have in some way been treated as objects or as less important than material possessions. Some worry about whether or not they themselves are things rather than people. As a result, there is an intense dislike among the members for those who prize material possessions over people, and few of the B&B family have much respect for the possessions of others, and have little need for many possessions themselves. Much of the vengeance meted out by the group is achieved by destroying property that's important to their target.
Blessings of the Goddess
Belle's abilities, while powerful, are not unique. The FBSA has classified her abilities as "Brute", meaning that if she can sustain the effort, her strength levels increase continuously in combat, or against any other kind of obstacle. At one point her only limitation was her physical endurance; while her strength would keep growing, her reserves of energy would not, eventually leading to a plateau, or worse, a crash as her body struggled to keep from collapsing under the strain. However, she has found that she had friends in very high places.
Belle's attitudes about exhibition, spectacle, and vandalism drew the attention of an ancient force of chaos: Belah Nain. The so-called "Succubus of Smash" was immediately smitten with Belle's enthusiasm, and granted her a portion of her own power. Belle now feeds off of desire. Desire for violence, desire for destruction, physical lust, and more. Coming at her with any kind of violent intention feeds her physical reserves, reinvigorating her. The more people who attack her or try to stop her from doing something, the more power she can draw from them, and the harder she can go. The ONLY way that seems effective at even slowing her down is to refuse to engage, and given her impressive (and growing) baseline abilities, that is not a likely scenario for most forces.

- Belle only has one irreplaceable possession she cares for: A ring. One of two she made from the remains of Mr. Nem'hain's Mercedes to commemorate her first car crush, and the common ties that first brought her and her beloved Isabella together.
- A chance encounter at a local mud bogging event led to Jaybyrd entering Belle and Bella's circle. ...After the two destroyed Jay's prize mud truck. After making amends, Belle has promised not to do any damage to Jay's property without permission.
- This same arrangement has been imposed on her by Eodora Smith in regards to Dora's robots.
