Geneva Chapman grew up not knowing her grandparents, as both sides of the family lived on the same block in Baumton. Her own parents were out of town when the initial attack by the rikti occurred in 2002. Gina doesn't know a world without aliens, monsters, costumed weirdos, and heroes. She determined that she would help the average citizen get free from whatever dangers the universe throws at Paragon City, and maybe help stop those dangers alongside the capes.
She's just one woman, with two hands, and the tech of Paragon City's emergency services at her back. Saving lives, or putting out fires, she puts herself in harm's way, to get others to safety. No magic, no mutations, 100% pure 21 yo, Plain-Ass Human.
