Created as one of the Clockwork Mk. VII Victoria under Warworks, 10-3014C was initially created as one of many to invade Primal Earth as part of Praetoria's forces. She was one of several that was 'rescued' by Metronome, and summarily reprogrammed by Alec Parsons. However, Interrogator Kang gave 10-3014C a new mission....go to Primal Earth and warn them of Praetoria's invasion. Naturally, she goes through the portal and Longbow proceeds to blast her BACK into the portal...which was closing. She was ejected into a new dimension for four years before re-emerging in Primal Earth as a much more advanced person, not just a clockwork.

Once there, she meets Phoebe Nixon, known as Quick Trix, and they VERY quickly become friends. Chloe and Trixie have been best friends ever since, and have been through many adventures together, including defeating Mot, Diabolique, Marauder, Siege, and more...including saving praetoria from Hamidon. However, Chloe bears a VERY personal grudge against Neuron, considering the man an absolute fool and having the intelligence of a rock.

Chloe, herself, is a Sapient Intelligence (given to her and adopted by Tahli Mailynx), and she can move between bodies of her creations, which she dubs 'Frames', which have different functions to them. Her usual frame is the 'Prime' frame with is a networking frame that coordinates with 6 other former clockwork SIs she freed from Neuron and his stupidity.

Associate Mechs:

Superion: Advanced Sapient Intelligence. Usually is piloting the Assault frame with Chloe Prime, but has also started his own Hero Career. Tends to suddenly turn and fire a rocket barrage just over a friend's head, into an enemy, with little to no warning.

First Aid: Superior Cybernetic Care. Tends to care for Allies as best he can, and knows how to create nanites with ease. Better Doctor than Chloe.

Ratchet: Field Medic. His first and foremost priority is to get you stable and still living. He will do whatever he can to get an ally stable, but...if he cannot....he will not let you suffer. Still haunted by the few he has lost.

Ravage/Sunder/Brawl: Basic AI. Target. Point. Shoot. Do not stop shooting until target stops moving. ((known bug in their AI: Some of their shots cause the target to continue to move, which makes them continue to fire. Status: Debugging))
