BN-N1 is the last specimen from Crey Industry's Project Nuralagos. Project Nuralagos was supposed to create a workforce to do the manual labor for mega-corporate agricultural and mining interests. Nuralagos was supposed to provide workers who could focus on the work demanded of them with no complaint, be non-aggressive, work in conditions that normal humans could not tolerate. The ten-year research project produced 114 subjects, of which 62 failed to thrive in infancy. 27 were found to have profound mental or physical abnormalities beyond project tolerances before their 3rd year. 13 suffered injuries before age 7. 8 were diagnosed with mental instabilities that would prevent them from performing their designed purposes. 4 subjects passed the 7 year mark, but all had various physical and mental defects that either were within project tolerances or performed exceedingly well in other areas despite those defects.
It was also found that the Council's War Wolves and Vampyri found Nuralagos subjects especially desirable as a food source. However, the ROI did not justify continuing the program for that purpose.
Nuralagos was deemed unprofitable, and was scheduled for shut-down, with any remaining subjects to be destroyed. Mitchel (Redacted) contacted Longbow, in order to get BN-N1 out of Nerva Archipelago, before Crey operatives or contractors could find her. Mitchel (Redacted) was killed by person(s) unknown seeking BN-N1, distracting them from Agent Bell's extraction from Etoile to Paragon City. Files recovered from Crey archives do not cite specific sources for DNA origins, aside from 'human' and 'rabbit'.
