- He has an extensive knowledge of magic, which he uses so frequently that one must wonder what his power source is.
- Rather than use his illusions in battle, Babylon Cat uses this to supplement his verbal communication. Considering the 'curse' he appears to be laboring under, this may be necessary for him to be understood. If apprehended after a crime, it may be necessary to make allowances for this, as otherwise, he is completely useless as an informant.
- He has been observed creating weather-related phenomena - sometimes, even indoors. Lightning, rain, even clouds - while this can be confused for one of his illusions, the damage it does to the building is a tell-tale sign that it is real.
- He has also been observed growing flora, and this healing ability extends so far as to regrow lost human tissue. There are multiple reports of him helping Paragon City's heros in this way, despite his criminal nature.
