General Description:
13th Princess of a mysterious, Imperial power from space - the Ethanarian Empire. She was apprehended on Earth while defending herself from a perceived attack. It may have been a misunderstanding, but others see a possible ally here - as she is far from human in her abilities, and her pistols are puissant indeed. Or she might just be delusional as can be. But her powers aren't!
Notes:
The Ethanarian Empire seems to handle succession via the Last Person Standing approach - once the old Emperor dies, it's a fight to the death between his heirs to take over. And either he's dead, or someone's trying to clear out the competition early.

Recent Events:
The theory that Sidereal Phoenix might be delusional seems to have been forcibly disproven by the arrival of her brother Infernal Wind and a horde of soldiers. They have clashed with Sidereal and her allies in the Wasted Youth, the heroes of the Young Paragons, Vanguard and Rikti spaceships, and Kheldians. The sibling she fears the most, Blossom of Death, has thankfully not appeared yet...
In one of her more audacious recent crimes, Sidereal Phoenix stole a deactivated Malta Group Kronos Titan.
