Background

Medical career

Luke was convicted in 2002 of multiple crimes relating to the study, treatment, and attempted occult resurrection of Jane-Mallory Foster, a MAGI researcher afflicted with an unknown bloodborne illness. Luke's criminal conviction resulted in the revocation of his medical license. Luke served less than a year of his twenty-year prison sentence, having been released on special parole issued by the FBSA. The conditions of his parole denies reinstatement of his medical license and subjects him to the supervision and oversight of MAGI.
