Olivia always thought her powers were useless, being able to glow and make loud noises. A far cry from the feats she grew up idolizing other heroes for, and so she sank into a live of normalcy. That is until she was caught up in a Freakshow Rave where in a moment of panic she learned that not only could she be a "One Woman Rave" but the more noise and light she produced the stronger she grew. And like a growing flame this sparked a drive in her to climb higher and higher and claim a childhood dream she long thought out of her reach.

Now calling herself Jubilant she has taken to the streets of Paragon over the past few months to aid in cleaning them up. And woe to any thug or criminal that gets in the way of "The Living Flashbang". Now if only she could shake that ringing in her ears...
