Background

Description

An apprentice conservationist sent to the Northwest Territories, Josiah's limited experience nearly cost him his life when he was confronted by a mother polar bear protecting her cubs. True and foolish to his cause, Josiah prepared to die and refused to defend himself using his weapon in hand knowing how endangered these animals already were. Just as the bear closed distance with him, a strange wind would suddenly blow as an essence of Nanook possessed the bear and communicated with the human. Impressed with Josiah's soul, Nanook gifted him a spirit bow called the "Snow-Bird", which would imbue the human with supernatural powers! (Origin WIP).
