History:

Having come from Japan to Paragon City on secret business, Iga was apprehended by the authorities and spent some time in the Zig before being sprung by Arachnos. Besides joining the Wasted Youth, she has regularly worked for Vanguard and Arachnos.

Powers:

Iga Mitsuha is a genuine ninja: a member of the Iga Clan, armed with an ancient family sword, years of training, and her family's strange shadow magic. She is legitimately as a master of her clan's style, as skilled as an expert ninja three times her age.
