History

The creature known as Molly McDowell doesn't seem like much in her diminutive form. But what she lacks in size, she more than makes up for in her explosive personality. Also known as the notorious trickster Helline, the ~~Scourge~~ Queen of Halloween, her insatiable appetite for stealing souls of the lost and the damned is both worrying and terrifying among the criminals of the Isles. The thought of becoming the latest victim of the unseeming Hallow Gremlin has made many question their lot in life.*

Powers and Abilities

• Hellfire manipulation: Helline can summon and control hellfire, an otherworldly form of fire infused with demonic energies, giving it a unique appearance of black fire.

• Hellbombs: As an extension of her hellfire manipulation, Helline can conjure black spheres of purely concentrated hellfire. These spheres can be a size between a marble and a tennis ball, and are lit on fire and explode on impact in a torrent of hellfire.

• Darkness manipulation: Helline has the ability to command shadows and darkness, bending them to her will. She uses this power to obscure vision, induce fear, and to trap her foes.

• Soul manipulation: Helline is capable of extracting souls of those who are morally compromised or damned, or demons in disguise or their collaborators: the lost and the damned. She keeps these souls in soul coins, and can expend them to fuel her unique powers.

• Vehicle transformation: Helline can infuse any vehicle she commandeers with demonic power, transforming them into terrifying machines that bellows fire.

• Haunting terror: As the self-proclaimed Queen of Halloween, Helline has the ability to turn any building she's in haunted with supernatural occurrences, as well as being able to assume a terrifying visage.
