Character Information
Jaime Rodriguez was born on December 12th, 2010, in the Skyway City district of Paragon City, the daughter of Emilio Rodriguez and Cecilia Valdez. Her parents having died in a car accident when she was 8, she was sent to live with her aunt Monica Valdez.
At age 12, her mutant powers surfaced when she accidentally blew up the house of her aunt - fortunately, no one was hurt.
She was home-schooled by her aunt until Monica's death last month. She was deemed a ward of the state under the supervision of FBSA Agent Delacroix.
Abilities
Jaime generate bioelectric plasma that she can discharge at will for a variety of effects
Loosely related to the Nuclear 90 (Nuclear 90), Jaime needs to expend her excess energy periodically, or she'll explode. This release can be accomplished simply by utilizing her abilities.
