====Item Storage====
Bottomless Pockets is more of a property of his equipment, than an actual ability. The bags and pockets on his person seem to hold far more than their outward size would suggest. In addition, this property seems to nullify the weight of items stored, allowing Shopkeeper to carry his entire inventory wherever he goes. The bags and pockets all seem to be linked to some kind of pocket dimension. All items in his inventory seem accessible from any pocket (provided it can fit through it), and the destruction of the bags and pockets do not render his items inaccessible.

Shopkeeper is an otherworldly merchant of magical items.

Appearance

Shopkeeper is often formally dressed and well put-together, valuing his outward appearance. His clothes are never stained nor wrinkled. He wears a dark grey three-piece suit with black dress shoes, white gloves, and a silver puff tie. In addition, he also wears an enchanted, hooded, two-colored cloak with brass-like trim. The cloak itself is decorated in ornate and exotic patterns, clearly made of a high-quality fabric unlike anything on Earth. The hood of his cloak almost always conceals the entirety of his face in a black shadow, with only his fuschia-tinted glasses visible. His belt is made of a brass-colored metal, with a large, purple, disk-shaped gemstone at the buckle. Sometimes, leather pouches with varying designs can be seen lining his belt and the inside of his cloak.

As an interdimensional traveler, there is much debate as to whether he's human, a magical being, or merely a sentient amalgam of clothing. There are no present decisive reports on his biological identity or facial appearance.

Abilities

Shopkeeper seems to possess a variety of magical abilities.

Stealth

Superhuman innocuity is his most widely-used ability. This masks his presence and makes him difficult to detect. While not invisible, Shopkeeper tends to easily disappear around corners, blend into crowds, or fade into shadows. This ability also masks him from most common forms of modern, EM-based detection systems, such as infrared motion detection, heat detection, metal detection, radar, and many others. It seems to take a considerable amount of effort by a veteran magic user to detect him when he doesn't wish to be seen. He often uses this ability to make unannounced appearances or exits.

Mobility

Levitation and Teleportation are his most prominent means of mobility. Shopkeeper has been seen to levitate, and hover at slow speeds. For larger distances, Shopkeeper can teleport. He seems to be able to use these abilities instantly, making him particularly elusive and difficult to track. His teleportation allows him to travel between our dimension and his interdimensional "shop", allowing him to retreat to a safe location at any time. He is only able to teleport himself and that which can fit in his pockets and bags.

Spellcasting

Though typically a pacifist, Shopkeeper is able to manipulate a tangible form of light and shadow, to heal or harm respectively. This ability is made manifest through ancient and occult spells that he wields at a high proficiency. He uses these abilities sparingly, often in self-defense or in the aid of his business partners. The spells he uses are not difficult to replicate, and many are known spells from a variety of schools of magic.

Item Storage

The bags and pockets on his person seem to hold far more than their outward size would suggest. In addition, this property seems to nullify the weight of items stored, allowing Shopkeeper to carry his entire inventory wherever he goes. The bags and pockets all seem to be linked to some kind of pocket dimension. All items in his inventory seem accessible from any bag or pocket (provided it can fit through it), and the destruction of the bags or pockets do not render his items inaccessible.

Weaknesses

The FBSA keeps a detailed list of his known weaknesses.

Pacifism

Shopkeeper will often avoid combat situations. He'd sooner use his abilities to equip his allies to fight on his behalf, than participate in battle himself.

Greed

Shopkeeper is a zealously profit-minded merchant. He is known to put himself in dangerous situations, if there's a chance at improving his wealth. This could mean dealing with dangerous individuals as business partners, interacting with dangerous relics, or traveling to dangerous environments. Shopkeeper has been seen to be at his most reckless when faced with particularly exotic magical items. His greed also extends into building connections with wealthy business partners (though his concept of "wealth" is untethered by Earth standards). He will, at times, overextend himself to maintain a positive relationship with someone he perceives as a valuable trading partner.

Honor

Shopkeeper, despite his neutral morality, seems to abide by a code of honor that maintains his reputation as a businessman. Shopkeeper will never steal nor unlawfully possess an item, always committing to some form of willing and consensual transaction (even if the transaction is unfair). He also seems to rarely lie about the capabilities and nature of the magical items in his inventory. He will always warn a customer of curses, caveats, and special conditions that may apply when coming into the possession of a dangerous item.
