• Superhuman Speed - Cid is capable of reaching speeds
• Minor Temporal-Spatial Manipulation - Cid can impact time and space in small areas to a limited degree. These occurrences are temporary and localized around a single entity, and only for as long as he can concentrate on it. This leads to only being able to affect multiple targets with the risk of losing concentration on others.

Stylish as well as functional, Cid's visor acts as both a protective device and a comm system. Made from an impervium-laced polymer that is both resilient and flexible, perfect things for a speedster running into an assortment of crooks and villains.

• Friction-Resistant Reinforced Weave Super Suit - Designed with the express purpose of withstanding friction and inhuman speeds while also providing a layer of protection from knives and bullets the material of the suit is comprised of a specialized reinforced weave fabric created by S.E.R.A.P.H..

Weaknesses

• Concentration - With the accident and his newfound abilities came some negatives. The process has caused him to process information faster, but also the stream of thoughts is also accelerated. This makes concentration a lot harder and as such he has a hard time maintaining multiple distortions at one time. If forced to concentrate on maintaining more than a couple his control over other distortions will start to falter and disappate.
