Known Powers and Abilities
Mutation: (TRAMS) Toxin/Radioactive Manifestation Syndrome. Developed in utero, mutation presents as the emission of large volumes of highly radioactive vapor. Body has altered to survive off this emission, unable to breathe in standard atmospheric conditions. Vapor volume directly tied to physical output, Himari gaining increased strength, density, and resistance based on both continual exposure and by rapid inhalation. This rapid intake of her radiation causes a rapid uptick in physical aggression, power level, and a decrease in mental cognition.

Himari 'Christie' Ito is on a dangerous path in life. Born a mutant, she was instantly placed into isolation as her mutation had been detected early enough on to prevent harming anyone. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent on care for her, preventing anyone from inhaling the radioactive vapors that constantly emit from her body. While obviously a threat to others, the emissions she creates are the only form of air her body can tolerate, further removing her contact from other people. Growing increasingly detached, bitterness took hold. Eventually running away, Christie found a use for her natural talent. Crime.

Stealing, lying, and cheating became a mainstay. Increased exposure to her own mutant atmosphere has also increased her durability and strength, causing a snowball effect leading to a spree of bank robberies. Wanted across Paragon and the Isles, the irradiated Yellowcaked continues down the path of evil.

Appearance

Working our way down, it's easy to make the first note on Himari. She's tall. Above average in height, Himari revels in her size, a side effect of her mutant abilities. Her hair is kept short in a wedged bob of sorts, the natural state of it being very dark and very fine. A heart faced shape, working down to a slightly upturned nose and a soft pointed chin. A pair of dark black eyes stand out against her somehow flawless skin.

In good physical shape, Himari keeps up a rigorous physical regiment to maintain her self and fight off the natural 'pear' shape she's inherited. The results of which have caused seemingly no end to the jokes regarding her chosen moniker. While her weight is variable, she naturally clocks in just shy of 200lbs, this increasing as she uses her powers, increasing her density.

Preferring yellow in her daily wear she is often never seen without at least a smattering of the color on her, ego driving a sort of fearless choice in her identity being leaked. Himari is severely near sighted and wears glasses, as well as her mask containing prescription lenses built in.
