Wacko
Charles Winney was born in an attentive neighborhood in his youth despite his parents' hardships, they often usually had small verbal arguments which often Charles found escapism through watching cartoons in his youth which often intrigued him with the animations and colors conveyed in front of the T.V screen to his sparkling eyes with excitement. As a result, he grew up throughout most of his youth educating himself in the field of illustration to spread his imaginative innovations beyond his wildest dreams. He graduated from college with decent grades and when in search of work, Charles landed a job as a cartoonist to an animation studio called Animono Entertainment. Charles worked there wonderfully and animated a lot of cartoons such as "Space Daddy" and "Kitten The Sorceress". Known for the colorful, strange yet bright animations many recognize thanks to Charles' innovation, his fellow workers often praised him for his creative prowess. Unfortunately, they were also dealing with some issues at the time as well, they were facing a competitor another animation studio called "Pixies Animations" which was starting to gain more praise with their cartoons. Resulting bankruptcy as a result, Charles tried to find a way to maintain their successes in the studio, he began to work on unique blends of ink with elements he was unaware of but believes that it could make the animations look unique and interesting that could win the audience back again with this, Charles was awake all night working on the unique ink, unfortunately, an oddball clique that goes by the name "The Fruitloops" who decided to burst into the studio to cause madness for laughter.
Charles happens to be one of the victims of their grasp as they shoved him onto the ground in his studio and roughed him up, pouring the special ink all over his face as they were giggling like hyenas as Charles was shaking uncontrollably to free himself. But then fell unconscious as the Fruitloops bounces away from the office while laughing, Charles was hospitalized from the situation, miraculously he survived with little to injuries and was free to go. Unfortunately, the studio's bankruptcy worsen and the villains invading there didn't help their situation either. As a result, the studio closed its doors and many of the employees lost their jobs, including Charles, Charles was rightfully frustrated at the situation, especially at the villains who caused the loss of his job. He wanted to seek justice to take down the group responsible for the circumstances, including attacking him for as well, as Charles was packing his things, Charles discovered inside the studio their files a conceptual idea of a cartoon that never got made of a fictional character called "The Wacko", a very colorful character with an unnerving look. Charles out of curiosity took the file and walked away carrying his package, while walking down the streets contemplating the situation, he was suddenly erupted by an attempted mugging by a thug with a pocket knife, Charles was disinterested but had to defend himself. And suddenly, he was able to evade the attacks in fast reactions before instinctually delivering a blow that sent him flying meters away, surprised that he was skilled at combat and delivered a punch with heightened force.
He immediately discovered the special ink's exposure unbeknownst to him must've affected him and mutated him with superhuman abilities. Charles decided to use them to find The Fruitloops and take them down, he designed a colorful costume, recreating the conceptual pitch of the oddball character Wacko as a persona to disguise himself to take down The Fruitloops and decided to find their hidden lair. Charles successfully found them and ensued a battle, declaring himself as the fictional character; Wacko, but put an act of pretending to be a lunatic which added the bonus fear and confusion of his enemies. He was above them as he was capable of taking them down, as he defeated them, he handed them over to the police before bouncing off laughing. Charles found amusement in fighting crime, the similar sense of nostalgia the way he found when watching colorful cartoons about adventures and thrills, and decided to go on as the frenetic vigilante he comes to know as, Wacko.
