Description
William "Bill" Burton is an investigator from MICIR. The man posses a vitality rarely seen in his generation. All is possible due to current technology. Once, the old man proudly said to his colleagues: "Life begins at 60!" after he had healed from grievous injuries. Overall, he is a great fellow to work for, albeit he may be a little bit senile.
History
Recently, his relationship with PPD went sour. He opined that it is the most inept police force on Earth. Rumors said PPD accidentally raided and arrested his family. His sister was seriously injured but survived. Nevertheless, he is still angry about the incident until this day.
