Background

Description

William "Bill" Burton is a senior investigator from MICIR. This man posses a vitality, which comes from advanced medical augmentation, rarely seen in his generation. Once, he proudly said to his colleagues: "Life begins at 60!" after he had recovered from grievous injuries. Overall, he is a pleasant fellow to work for with a tremendous amount of experience under his belt.

History

Recently, his relationship with PPD went sour, as he saw the PPD as complacent and incompetent. Rumors said PPD accidentally raided and arrested his family. His sister was seriously injured but survived. Nevertheless, he is still angry about the incident until this day.
