Longbow Intelligence File: Li'l Knightmare

10 year old <name redacted*> was on a field trip to the Paragon Museum with his class when several known members of the Skulls took control of the building and took all those within hostage. What happened during the subsequent 3 hour standoff with the PPD is unknown, due to the court's insistence on sealed proceedings for the perpetrators, and we have thus far been unable to locate any of them for less formal questioning. However, we know that two adult hostages were killed before the Skulls involved surrendered themselves to the police, apparently willingly.

Whatever happened there, <name redacted> gained some sort of reality manipulation powers that seem to be shadow based, and has since then been operating sporadically under the alias "Li'l Terror". We theorize that whatever mystical artifact the Skulls were after, somehow bonded with the subject. Surveilance has revealed behaviors consistent with superhumans who have been established to be bonded to a sapient power source. Due to the volatility and danger of both sapient power sources and darkness-centric magics, as well as the subject's youth, continuous surveilance is recommended for the forseeable future.

  • Subsequent to the 2009 federal Young Superhumans Act, we cannot legally record the subject's name or identifying information in our files, despite having received intel from our completely legal network of paid informants who witnessed the subject entering and leaving his bedroom window in costume on multiple occasions.
