Skills and Abilities
Extended Lifespan - The Amulet of Tuthmel has extended Windgate's lifespan beyond that of a natural human. Additionally, despite being over a century old, he looks to be only in his late 30s or early 40s indicating that he does still age, albeit at a much slower rate than a normal human
Spellcasting - While initially only able to utilize magic with the Amulet of Tuthmel, over the decades Windgate learned how to cast spells without the amulet, although he prefers to use it as a focus. These spells can range from fiery blasts of magic, binding tendrils, levitation, and curses, among other forms.
The Doctor's Bag
Never wanting to be ill-prepared, Doctor Thaumaturge has assembled a collection of talismans, tools, and other instruments to help aid in his investigations.
Amulet of Tuthmel -
Facechanger's Mask - A simple black leather domino mask in appearance, the Facechanger's Mask allows the wearer to hide their identity from those perceiving the person and from scrying attempts to discern the identity of the wearer whilst donning it.
Roleplay Hooks
- Doctor Thaumaturge has been an active part of Paragon City's Hero community since 1931, perhaps you recognize him from old posters or stories from family members.
- He was present during the Galaxy City Crisis, aiding in the evacuation of the City, and could easily have been recognized by survivors, first responders, and fellow heroes.
