Caitlin 'Cat' Quinn was poached from the Department of Homeland Security straight out of training, when a Malta Group 'talent' recruiter saw the right combination of aggressiveness, ego, and natural combat ability. She specializes in taking down seemingly invincible metahuman targets.
She has been dosed with the second-generation nanotech infusions the Malta Group has refined from the Battle Maiden nanobots, making her extremely hard to kill.
