Description
Riley Blaise is the streetfighting fiery beauty from the depths of the underworld. Summoned to the mortal realm by the Hellions, the infernal demon easily broke free of their binding spells, intent on destroying her would-be masters utterly. Instead, a few choice encounters and time spent in the City of Heroes slowly tempered her vengeful spirit.
Settling into a life among mortals, she took the shapely humanoid form you see today, fighting crime in the back alleys of Paragon City. Using her fists and flames, Riley dishes out brutal, but (mostly) fair punishment against the wicked and damned.

Origins
The offspring of a greater rage demon and seductive succubus, Morganthe the Spiteful was as violent as she was beautiful. Reveling in passion and brutality, she sought to climb the unholy ranks and become a Lady of Wrath.
