Overview
Callie Alivene is an athletic teenage girl who currently lives in Paragon City. Originally a resident of a parallel universe sometimes referred to as the Neon Realm, Callie Alivene has been one of her homeland's most popular up-and-coming heroes ever since the first time she saved Vector Valley from a supervillain attack. She carries on a tradition of courage and bravery in her family, as her parents were once members of a prominent supergroup in their youth. She came to Paragon City to stop her arch-nemesis Damien Falabella in his latest plot to use resources from Primal Earth to conquer the Neon Realms.
Early Life
Callie comes from a proud legacy of heroes. Both her mother and father, Janet and William Alivene, were members of the Valor Alliance, a supergroup that operated in Vector Valley years ago. The entire team went missing after coming out of retirement to seal up a cosmic rift that almost swallowed the city. They sealed the rift, but were sucked into it in the process. Callie was only 4 years old when this event happened, and since then she has lived with her uncle Henry, alongside her cousin Raquel.
Growing up, Callie never quite respected her lazy and irresponsible uncle, and instead admired the memory of her parents and their heroic nature. As the years went on, she was determined to be like them and carry on the legacy of the Valor Alliance.
Callie often hangs out at the Action Arcade (Passcode: ARCADE-4173), a retro-styled arcade linked to the mysterious interdimensional shopping mall known as the Parallel Plaza.

Personality
Callie is a confident and easygoing tomboy whose boyish mannerisms tend to greatly outweigh her feminine ones. Her personal style greatly reflects the youth culture of Vector Valley, which many from Primal Earth would find similar to American pop culture of the 80s and 90s. Her favorite music genres are New Jack Swing, Outrun/Synthwave and Vaporwave, styles that are very popular in Vector Valley.
Despite her fun-loving nature, Callie is actually very responsible for someone of her age, and is a firm believer in the value of hard work and self-control. She feels like she often has trouble connecting with people her own age due to the fact that many of them tend to overindulge in vices. This straight-edge reputation of hers has made her a very polarizing figure among other Primal Earth teenagers, earning the respect of some for her willpower and commitment to her own health, and the derision of others who believe she's not 'cool' enough.
