History

The project was bold, experimental, and highly unstable. During the final testing phase, a miscalculated resonance spike overloaded the system. Relocating to Paragon City, Harper adopted the hero name Wave-Chord. Equipped with a custom-built sound-dampening suit and sonic-protective helmet, he now serves as one of Everlasting's most distinctive defenders, using his powers to fight crime, protect the innocent, and maintain harmony in the city.
