Galadorn came to Earth aboard the PDV Ascension, an emissary vessel sent from the Pharian Dominion to make contact and establish cordial relations. After the Rikti Invasion, Earth officials were understandably hesitant to trust aliens, however. Much remains to be learned about the Pharian Dominion and what their true motives might be, but in the meantime, Pharian diplomats are hard at work to earn the trust of government officials across the globe.
Given the war-torn and crime-ridden state of Paragon City, as a show of cooperation and good will, Pharian ambassadors have dispatched Galadorn, one of their most decorated warriors, to be registered at City Hall to assist in peacekeeping efforts and establish a positive presence with the populace.
