Created by the German bio engineering and drug manufacturing company Herz Pharmaceuticals, she is the first successful prototype in the company's attempt to create artificial humans. Like any endeavor into this field before, this was met by a lot of criticism from human rights organisations and certain other public sectors. Due to the massive backlash the company received after revealing their latest product, intended to be mass produced and supplied to the Bundeswehr, she was instead sent to Paragon City, given the city's open attitude towards non-human, intelligent life forms. She is technically still considered property of the company though is given the freedom to operate as she wishes. Under the name Miss Medica, she registered herself as a hero with the FBSA in 2020. Despite her young age she is not only exceedingly mature and intelligent but was also created with an immortal body resembling a young women in her late teens or early twenties. In casual conversation one would never assume her to be anything but a very smart human of that approximate age. Only closer medical examination that reveals her higher muscle, skin and bone density, as well as her superhuman brain activity could ever reveal that she is in fact not a baseline human. There is also a serial number imprinted onto one of her back teeth though this is not visible without closely examining the inside of her mouth. | Created by the German bio engineering and drug manufacturing company Herz Pharmaceuticals, she is the first successful prototype in the company's attempt to create artificial humans.
