Mastermind – Robots / Dark Miasma RP’d as effects of his bionanites, his Dark Servant is a sentient mass of bionanites. A few know that this being is actually separate and not fully under Psyber’s control but is at least a single minded ally. Flight including Group Fly, Leadership, Teleport Target, Medicine including Resuscitate All of these are RP’d as either a property of his suit (he only flies with his suit on, not in civilian clothing) or a result of his bionanite derived powers (Teleport Target = reaching into his inter-dimensional pocket), self education from working on himself (Medicine) or his heightened intelligence from being a Mastermind (/child prodigy).

Outside of this Psyber has enhanced telescopic vision and is able to see into both the infrared and ultraviolet spectrum. His optical nerves have been enhanced as well which allow for better hand/eye coordination and object tracking for targeting. This has had the drawback of creating a green tinge around his eyes that look very much like burn marks. He often tries to hide this behind his shades.
Equipment
Psyber has his modified hyperlite rifle. He can fire both the standard energy rounds and rifled rounds. He of course has his small army of robots that he can summon forth from his interdimensional pocket.

  As a child prodigy the name Psyber was earned as an online handle.  Gaining access to government labs and military intel he began to look for ways to integrate himself further into the online matrix.  He studied a way to create biomechanical nanites.  Having a personal sense of honor and lacking the stomach to test on others he began testing on himself.   After a long road his nanites have changed his body creating a new organ in his abdomen to manufacture more specialized bionanites.  Optical nerves and his eyes were permanently augmented, hard points created on his shoulders and jack points created on his jawline and forearms.
   He created a suit that his bionanites are able to call to him via an inter-dimensional pocket.  He can also call a small army of robots.   Today rumors are rampant about the chaotically benevolent spirit in the machine that can be found on the nets. For the right price or motivation he can be found but typically finds you: Psyber

Most of the information to be found on Psyber is likely complaints from companies who have had their networks compromised. He tends not to leave a calling card but often makes donations to causes he finds fitting on behalf of those he had just compromised. His typical targets tend to involve companies and organizations with deep pockets and good tech to salvage. Frequent “donations” happen on behalf of Crey, Malta, Sky Raiders and Arachnos. Though he hasn’t hesitated to take advantage of missteps or poor judgment on the behalf of organizations like DATA and SERAPH especially when he feels that they have overreached.

Psyber’s name has never been officially linked to crimes as he has been careful with the language he shares in public. He has done things like praise the organizations that he has compromised for their donations while giving a backhanded comment denoting their failures. He seems to enjoy the comedic value of the irony this provides. While nothing has officially stuck as far as legal action against Psyber he has made himself a target repeatedly due to his post hoc boasts. He tends to lean heavy on “confiscation”, “commandeering” and “maritime salvage laws” but this does little to protect him from the ire of his enemies.

On the other side of the issue he has been using the Psyber moniker his entire professional career. He has been using it for so long that his given name has been lost to time. Due to him scrubbing any records of his former life and having no family or dependents he has little for use with blackmail. The only information to be gained is that he grew up poor in Kings Row. The only friends he tends to keep are frequently comparably skilled to Psyber. That leaves the only avenue to getting to him as the direct approach. He keeps several industrial safe houses around Paragon and switches up where he has been living. It is as difficult for his enemies to know where he lays his head at night as it is for him. Still he has recently become aware that it is valuable to have more regular allies and friends about.

He has been involved in a number of task forces and has done a fair amount of independent work. He originally obtained some of the tech for the wings in his suit from Sky Raiders though it has been heavily modified since then. His blaster rifle comes from tech adapted from Crey experimental arms. The concept for his interdimensional pocket tech actually came from a Nictus raid. He has also obtained a fair amount of Rikti tech and frequently uses their compounds to build the casing for his bots which are all original creations. The latest of his bots are a bit of an exception having taken their original casings from Warworks (Lore Incarnate ability). Along with his Ghost Within (his Dark Servant mentioned in his background) they have begun to develop sentient personalities.

In his adventures Psyber has managed to befriend both “heroes”, “villains” and everything in between. He has few barriers on potential from friendships and has befriended devils, genies, dragons, vampires, living energy beings, shapeshifters, synthetic organisms and more. He has made friends with some denizens of Rat City, Ghenna and more. Still being new to the social scene due to trying to remain mostly anonymous with his contributions to society it may be too early to call any of them close friends or allies. While he has a fairly chill demeanor before being approached he is a bit socially awkward due to his formal dialect and eclectic nature. He is a bit of an anachronism in outlook and style and romanticizes things like Arthurian legend and The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood. This outlook coupled with his crass and lewd sense of humor often leads to over estimating how familiar he is with a friendship and say something that gets taken wrong. Despite witnessing uncountable evidence to the contrary for some reason he assumes that others think similarly to him which has also lead to the same outcome.
