Background

Portal Corp has classified the dimension Upsilon Zero Lambda Zero 420-69 as a dangerous dimension with restricted access, due to severe levels of cringe.

In the dimension the 5th Column had exported some of their superhuman research to Japan who, naturally, used it to produce catgirls. At some point, whether this be during or after the end of the war, the Cect-ci Aliens invaded to subjugate the human race for their genetic resources and the catgirls join forces with them; humanity lost. After several centuries of alien occupation humanity has dwindled to densely packed hive cities run by Catgirls spread out among a mutagentic wasteland.

Frank and Beanz is a SMutt class Joy Doll that had been captured by a member of the Free Mutant League. Normally the hybrid clones were expected to serve as pleasure companions for their owners, but she reprogramed and grown to serve as a soldier against the Meowtriarchy and their Nyanja clones. She was part of the resistance squad known as Sausage Party along with her sisters Kielbasa, Bratwurst, and Andouille. They were responsible infiltrating Cleocatra's Hive city in an attempt to liberate the human men locked in bondage inside. During the assault Frank and Beans found a strange glowing portal underneath the catwalk she was on and, when started by a nyanja's throwing star, she banged her head on an OSHA noncompliant pipe and fell into it.

To the best of her, limited, ability Frank and Beanz believes she was sent into the past to save humanity from the Catgirl and Alien Alliance and took on the Superhero name Hawtdog, because Frankfurter and Beans was a mouthful. Unfortunatley for her, the humans of the FBSA are making her job hard by ordering her to not shoot the catgirls on sight less she violates her provisional superhero license.

Personality

Hawtdog is generally friendly and an outgoing person with a tendency to lean towards suicidal levels of overconfidence and braggardry. Believing she was sent into the past to save humanity she views catgirls with intense suspicion and potential hostility as they, at least in her mind, were responsible for the downfall of humanity by allying with the alien menace. The leaders of humanity, or rather FBSA but she doesnt really know the difference, have asked her to not outright attack every catgirls she sees on sight. As much as she grumbles about this situation, she is a Good Girl who obeys her new masters.

Outside of her beef with catgirls, life in dimension Y0L0 420-69 has given Hawtdog a unique outlook on life. Life and Death are fast and furious and as such your crew is everything and any excuse to party is a good excuse. She is also much more lax with drugs and exposure than people of the Primal dimension, much to the chagrin of her handlers in the FBSA. Hawtdog's more risque behavior is innocent in nature as the genetic reprogramming she underwent before "birth" overlaid combat training and conditioning over any seduction and pleasure training she would have received. Due to her mixed genetics she has certain behavioral quirks one might associate with dogs, growling, the urge to chase things running from her, a certain weakness to headpats and the phrase, "Good Girl."

Powers

Durability- Hawtdog is one tough cookie. SMutt dolls were originally designed with endurance in mind, but the genetic modification she underwent has only reinforced her and hardened her to the elements. She's by no means bulletproof, or laser proof, but she's got grit and gumption to keep her going. She can heal from her wounds faster and eat more dubious things than regular people.

Combat Training- Part of the genetic modification that overwrote her stock settings overlayed her pleasure performing skillset with a innate understanding of firearms, explosives, and small scale group tactics.

Heightened Senses and Reflexes- Due to her canine genetics, Hawtdog's hearing and sense of smell is heightened, she also has a respectable degree of agility and balance.

Nyantech Energy Rifle - a multi-use energy rifle used by catgirl forces and liberated for resistance use by the FML. Capable of lethal blast and beams in addition to some nonlethal features.

Notes

• While there is a considerable amount of suggestive content in Hawtdog's backstory, she is not an ERP character and I'm not going to roleplay her as such.
• If Hawtdog doesn't know someone, or trust them, patting her head is a sure fire way to get bitten or shot.

Hooks

Stranger in a Strange Land - Hawtdog is figuratively out of time and literally out of place. Hawtdog is used to the cyberpunk hell of Catgirl run cities and the mutagenic wastelands between them. Paragon city is a strange place to her, and she is lost more often than she'd care to admit.

Obnoxious Loudmouth - In the short time she has been here, there have been multiple videos of her popping up on the internet getting into fights with thugs. Namely about her taunting her foes by hurling insults at her foes while trading fire. Sometimes parts of these videos get clipped for gifs including one that became famous known only as, "Hellion Kick."

Suffer not the Catgirl to live - Hawtdog has a reputation for not liking catgirls and being aggressive with them. For many this will be simple bigotry, but it stems from the fact that Hawtdog believes she was sent back into the past to save humanity from the aliens and their co-conspirator catgirl agents. Being that Hawtdog has warned the human leadership, what she assumed was the human leadership, the only other way she can prevent the fall of humanity is to keep an eye out for aliens and catgirl shenanigans; and she is seeing more catgirl action than alien. Though it goes against everything she's experienced, Hawtdog can bite back her aggression some if she's asked to work with a catgirl by FBSA or if circumstances dictate it would be useful or better.

Suffer not the Food to exist - Hawtdog will swipe your lunch, labeled or no, and ignore the five second rule. The food in paragon is stuff that she has only heard in legends as most foodstuff in Y0L0 420-69 is either synthetically made in a lab or mutated plants and meat from the wastes.

What the hell is this doggirl talking about?

• Scav - Short for "Scavenger. The term typically given to the disorganized ruffians one finds in the wastes, often violent.
• Gal - A female mutant of amazonian build that is dependent on hellerium radiation. Often the muscle of the various organized groups of the wastes and one of the main members of the Free Mutant League.
• Dude - A male mutant of herculean build that is dependent on hellerium radiation.
• Girl/Guy - Humans of Upsilon Zero Lambda Zero 420-69 (female and male respectively). They reside in either the alien/catgirl managed megacities, or in the areas of the wastes that are not as heavily irradiated.
• Grunts - A conglomerate of various mutants who have an almost religious fascination with machines and construction. Tends to form the logistic backbone of most communities in the wastes.
• Smutts - Vat grown Joy dolls with some canine features whose training is overwritten and employed by various Captains in the Wastes.
• Captain - Undisputed leader of a Crew. Typically a Gal, or Dude which is the biggest and has the best kit.
• Crew - A catchall term for one of the organized groups in the wastes used by the mutants.
• Weirdgal - A Gal with a fetish for science. Often employed as scientist, and interrogators by Captains. Their tastes: outlandish. Their methods: dubious. Their results: questionable. Their reputation means that most rank an file of the crew prefer to not be in the same room as them alone. Sometimes Captains employ them as middle managers if their crews get big enough.
• Spooky/Voodoo - Anything referring to eldritch powers, especially those that affect the mind.
• Horny - A reference to the demonic mutant cults which allows eldritch entities to possess and warp their bodies(plural Hornies). There are seven major cults, each associated with one of the deadly sins, that spend most of their time squabbling among each other. Contextually, it can also refer to someone who is in a state of high sexual arousal.
• Spooky Gal - A gal who dabbles in Spooky or Voodoo magics. Subconsciously bends reality around themselves and seemingly allergic to clothing. Very fucking scary.
• Anals - Short for Analysis Probe. They are automated probes sent out by the Repository to collect data. Can also reference any other drone.
• Anal Blasters - Repository probes that are equipped with plasma weaponry. Often sent out with regular Anals to protect them. Their small size and mobility makes them a pain in the ass to deal with.
• Meowtriarchy - Reference to the Catgirl rule of the Megacities. It is enforced by a combination of alien mercenaries and catgirl Nyanjas.
• Nyanjas - Vatgrown catgirls who are programmed to be silent and lethal killers. Can split open the head of a Gal like an overripe watermelon at range with throwing stars.
• Hugboi - Slang for an insect-like bioweapon used by aliens. Eight feet of chitin, claws, and malice. Fights by grabbing onto a target and implanting an egg that start to rapidly gestate into another hugboi that bursts out of the victim in short order.
• Helboar - A piglike creature with a nasty temperament and capable of expelling fire from both ends. Gals and Dudes often wrestle them for fun. Taste good on a spit.
• Data Oracle - Reference to any computer device.
• Free Mutant League - a conglomerate of various mutant races in the wastes who banded together for protection and, ultimately, the freeing of Earth from Meowtriarchy control.
• Jackals - Slang for Catgirls who have broken with the Meowtriarchy. Mutants of the wastes view them heavily with distrust, perceiving them as potential double agents.
• Hellerium - A radioactive sludge left over from the great war with the aliens. It contaminates the wastes with smaller pockets where the radiation is tolerable by humans. Can be extracted to produce hellerium fuel cells or batteries.
• Repos - Slang for Repository, an alien organization that regularly sends teams and probes out into the wastes to collect samples of flora, fauna, and ancient earth technology and culture. In their eyes, mutants count as samples of local fauna.
