Modus Operandi
Prefers to operate behind the scenes through intermediaries, namely Omar Vasquez, who appears to be his primary business representative and recruiter. Systematically carved out territory in southern districts of Skyway City, displacing the previous gangs' holdings there. Attempts at reprisal have been met with extreme and theatrical violence (see Case #17825), which has kept most of the other gangs from retaliating. Once displaced, the Martyrs took over the gangs' businesses, primarily drug and arms trafficking. Notably, the extortion rackets being run by the previous gangs no longer seem to be in effect on the local businesses.
