After having served for years aboard the mothership, the Kheldian's natural lifespan was coming to an end. And so, in it's final days, it descended down to Earth in search of a hero to merge with.
Fortunately it was not long before such a host was found.
With bright, lavish clothing and a strange mask, the human that the Kheldian found dying in an alley must surely be one of Earth's heroes!
And so it offered to merge essences with this noble hero to save both of their lives.
Krista was a member of the Carnival of Shadows, reveling in the chaos she spread across the city, her beauty allowing her to rise through the ranks quickly. But that all came to an abrupt end when she ran afoul of some of Paragon's more aggressive heroes. Lying dying in an alley, Krista thought she was hallucinating when the strange energy being offered to save her life by merging their essences.
From their unlikely Synthesis, Wispur was born. No longer a villain, but not quite a noble hero either.
