Pillbug: An insect-themed crime-fighter that uses pills to grant himself powers, he's protecting the innocence of Steel Canyon in Paragon City, while he's a hero to the public, underneath the mask, he's simply just a zero.
Aircraft: Former pilot turned into a sky-flying superhero with his amazing jet-powered back that allows him to fly across the skies at such speeds no other pilots would be able to achieve except for the flying hero himself.
Jetboost: A famed speedster who tragically got crippled in the battle against his rival, fortunately, he was given a power suit to harness the speeds that allow him to run again to continue his adventures with a good flare.
The Presence: Myth or legend is up for the debate, he's known to be the vigilante at night with brutal tactics and to strike fear into the hearts of his enemies that threatens to terror the night that he embodies such as fear.
The Masked Devil: When wearing the mystical mask design like the devil, he's able to control hellfire and face off crimes as an elegant, sarcastic but yet terrifying vigilante that simply leaves a public mystery for others to guess.
