🛸 MUSIC

The Princess of the Khyr, Tedeux of the planet Khyros, was never fully on board with the idea of ruling an entire planet's worth of people. Being in charge sort of went against everything she stood for: freedom, fun, and frolicking. Her family's given rule was based on their abilities, and as the only heir to the throne she was meant to take over and use her voice to keep the people lulled and calm while they did whatever they wanted. Tedeaux just wanted to sing.

Running away wasn't the plan, but it became the path when she realized she'd never be free of her legacy if she didn't go off on her own into the universe at large and try to make a name for herself. It took some doing, but she found a group of like-minded beings and they formed a group, The Morendolls.

Tedeux took a particular liking to Martian and the two of them hit it off over shared experiences. This led to her being somewhat romantically entangled with the other extra-terrestrial in a way that feels permanent. On Khyros, soul bonding ceremonies are a huge deal, but Tedeux is eschewing tradition by just riding the high of the relationship on the whole and making music.

When they made their debut on Earth, Tedeux decided to take on the name of their first album, SPACEBOUND and works as a hero loosely among the other heroes between intergalactic (and terrestrial) gigs.

The Morendolls are based on a lot of things, chief among them being Interstella 5555. Their style of music gravitates towards the real life band Starbenders and a lot of the songs that they play are directly translated to songs for the Morendolls in game, but also some songs by Daft Punk, obviously.

BAND MEMBERS

Spacebound (Tedeux) — Lead singer, guitarist, and founder of the band, but shares equal responsibility with the rest of her bandmates at this point. It's what the terrans call Democracy.

Starmancer — Guitarist and male vocalist, Starmancer's one of the first to join the band, helping her found it, and she trusts him.

Martian — Drummer and boyfriend of Tedeaux, her most trusted ally.

Nebula Man — Bassist and one of Tedeaux's best friends.

Tedeux's powers are natural, but she considers them gifts because of the fact that they're specific to the royal line; she's adept with them, but uses them sparingly for the most part.

VOIDFIRE

Named by the people of Khyros for the fact that fire is scarce in their world, both because of the thin oxygen and the water expanse across the planet. Voidfire is a colorful reflection of the soul of the royal family and its members, able to be manipulated and called forth at any time. It makes it very easy for Tedeux to handle special effects and pyro.

ENTRANCEMENT

The royal family is also blessed with voices that are able to manipulate the perception of time and the flow of people's moods, whether through speaking or singing; she uses this in their shows to help guide the audience through the emotions of the song itself, but against foes it's far more dangerous.
