Intelligent Rabbit Species from the Triangulum Galaxy, highly advanced civilization. Here to help Earth against the Rikti.

The sentient RabbitFolk of planet Kantu'a have recently been hit by the Rikti in a surprise attack. They were previously unaware of their existence and while technologically and militarily slightly superior to the Rikti, they were caught 'With their ears down' by the 7 motherships that appeared out of nowhere- having crossed from another reality- and attached the first target of opportunity immediately below them. The result was a staggering loss of over 60% of the planet's population (previously 38 Billion) in just under 3 hours. The Rikti's interdimensional incursion happened to disturb another interdimensional trip, and 4 heroic travelers saw what was transpiring and intervened in epic fashion. Wielding power unheard of by the best of the Rabbit supers, (or later those of Earth for the most part) they stopped the attack cold, annihilated all the motherships, and only one transport vessel got out of the system, bound for Earth. After the visitors left, the best of the best of the supers and the non-super military volunteered to form an expedition to go to this Earth, to help the smaller world not suffer a similar fate. Little knowing the Earth had already been hit at least once. Harvey Abbot led his Expedition on a months-long journey to go make new friends and see if they could save them from suffering this fate. Thus, the SpaceRabbits of Kantu'a arrived on Earth.

Known Current Affiliations

The Wardens are known to be actively helping a number of Supergroups, Civilian Organizations, and earth Governments in general in the efforts to defeat the Rikti and to redress losses suffered at their hands. They are also working to help certain other projects of their friends and allies they've made on Earth where injustice is perceived and needs fighting.

Computing

They are estimated to be several centuries ahead of humanity, enough they've been compared using the movie quote of having humanity 'hopelessly, hilariously' outclassed in technology. A single mainframe unit of their design is equivalent of the total computing capacity of humanity's computers 6 quadrillion times over. It is chiefly this that they wish to leverage to help Earth by loaning them portions of the processing power they have brought.

Medical

Far advanced here as well, they specialize in gene therapy, targeted cloned replacement parts (growing a new eye, kidney, etc from a host that needs it- never full body cloning resulting in 'disposable' beings.), advanced neurological repairs, advanced pre-natal and neo-natal care, life extending therapy where needed. Cybernetic replacements, while less commonly chosen, are highly advanced.

Space Flight

Kantu'an space travel not only encompasses interplanetary and interstellar travel but intergalactic. They made the journey from their galaxy to the Milky Way in just over 3 months, a distance of nearly 3 million light years.
