Delphine Katherine Sand grew up with the ability to read minds and control them. Somehow avoided becoming a sociopath, and learned self-discipline. Later developed Telekinesis and Climatokinesis. After business school, she decided to move somewhere her abilities could be better developed and got a position at Stoneworks. In Paragon City, she took the nerdiest name she could think of, and called herself Lothfalas, based on Tolkien’s made up Sindarin language. Recently she has been training in physical disciplines as well, so she is not entirely reliant on her mental powers.

She is subject to occasional full-body cellular regeneration as an involuntary side effect of her mental powers. It is painful and incapacitating, but maintains her body’s effective age at about 23.

Personality: Good hearted nerd. Shy. Working to overcome rough parts of growing up with the ability to read minds. Tries very hard not to read thoughts without permission. She is perfectly willing to smoosh bad guys’ brains in combat though.
