April August is one of the premier shootists in the world and the best in the USA. She excels with handguns, having perfected the skill of dual-wielding. She is also adept with bow, knife, rifle and slingshot. One of her best friends is the acknowledged greatest archer in the world, Tally Fletcher, known as First Eagle. As is often the case, elite athletes or experts in their fields tend to potentiate one another as they raise their game to match the skill level of their peers.
