Lotus Eyes is one hard man to find. He operates around different districts around the city, but he's been spotted several times in King's Row. Nobody knows how he moves from one district to another in a matter of minutes. Possibly teleportation. Despite his family lineage coming from the Tsoo it seems he does not follow their life of crime. Quite surprising, supernatural activity are usually detected when he's around a certain area. It's still debatable if he's the one causing these distress or if he's the one responding to it but local law enforcement has reported several arrest thanks to him. He is a rookie, a new face in the streets, witnesses have seen him carrying two blades that seems to emit magical energy. Capable of slicing what witnesses has considered as ghost, or spirits.
