Shorthand for applying the Red Circle (City of Heroes) font. Red Circle must be installed on the reader's system for it to appear, it can be found in the CoH or CoV Fan Site Kit or purchased from the creator. Use the first method to display using the Red Circle font, which will appear in all caps. Use the second to make it appear in Red Circle and using smaller letters for lowercase. This is mainly for use to style ==headers==, as the font doesn't look very good at normal size, but it'll work pretty much anywhere.
