An Abomination is a broad term that covers creatures with a spark of divine energy in them that nonetheless are bound to this world. Abominations range in their origins and their powers, but they all share a fundamental deific nature. Abominations share very few traits. The world has many ways for a divine influence to interface, which means there can be as many types of Abomination.
