History
The Pandora Project was set up in December 2002 by Dr. Damian Dearnly (Engineering) and Dr. Amandine Laird (Medical) as one of Paragon City's technological "think tanks".
Occupying an old renovated brownstone in King's Row, it attracted over the years researchers both promising and established, such as Dr. Aloysius Fitzgerald Zeilla, Robert Melton, Dr. Elaine Williamson and Dr. Gustav Heller.
It also employs its own small security force, headed by Hana Yamada, daughter of the former Paragon City hero known as the Golden Samurai.
One of the Project's main fields of study is the growing number of super-powered individuals making their homes in Paragon City. It does research work for G.I.F.T., M.A.G.I., S.E.R.A.P.H., and especially D.A.T.A.
The Pandora Project was bought in 2019 by Jenny Herder's Victoria Landsfeld Foundation, keeping Drs. Dearnly and Laird as chief administrators
