ABSTRACT

This report details information found at the ruins of a safe house managed by The Malta Group discovered in the ruins of Galaxy City. In particular, the following report describes one operative – a Gunslinger designated ‘Ursa Major 117’ – and their extensive genetic modifications.

INTRODUCTION

During a Longbow sweep of the Galaxy City Exclusion Zone’s Nebula District, an abandoned Malta safehouse were found, the base of a Tactical Operations Group codenamed GARM. Along with other items, the following reports were discovered, concerning one of the operatives – a Gunslinger designated Ursa Major-117.

Based on the data in these reports, HELM analysts believe that Ursa Major-117 is the same individual saved by a Malta Group covert ops team in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation HELM analysts have concluded this event to be an assassination attempt, which did succeed in killing the subject’s parents and younger brother.

While the Malta reports goes into a great deal of detail concerning Ursa Major-117’s background, how he entered service and so forth, those aspects of the report compilation have been removed per direct command of Dark Watcher. This report focuses on the topic of how the Gunslinger’s abilities were significantly augmented by extremely advanced genetic manipulation and resequencing.
