History
The Pandora Project was established in December 2002 by Dr. Damian Dearnly (Engineering) and Dr. Amandine Laird (Medical) as one of Paragon City's technological "think tanks."
Occupying an old renovated brownstone in King's Row, it attracted promising and established researchers, such as Dr. Aloysius Fitzgerald Zeilla and Robert Melton, Dr. Elaine Williamson and Dr. Gustav Heller.
It also employs a small security force headed by Hana Yamada, daughter of the former Paragon City hero, the Golden Samurai.
