Unlike Rularuu he does not consume dimensions, but does in the process of taking them over warp them beyond comprehension. Paragon City
Shortly after SUPA defeated Vastator, Willow left the group and moved to Paragon City where she helped found Paragon SUPA along side Dr Malachite. While she is looked up to by the junior members of the group Willow has on numerous occasions turned down the role as head of the organization.
