History
The Pandora Project was set up in December 2002 by Dr. Damian Dearnly and Dr. Amandine Lyard as one of Paragon City's technological "think tank".
Occupying an old renovated brownstone in King's Row, it attracted over the years researchers both promising and established, such as Dr. Aloysius Fitzgerald Zeilla, Robert Melton, Dr. Elaine Williamson and Dr. Gustav Heller.
It also employs its own small security force, headed by Hana Yamada, the former Paragon City hero known as Nonohana.
